Quality promise – all clocks sold through Clocks & Chimes are new and made to a high quality standard; they are hand built and manufactured under quality assurance and control processes, including inspection to ensure they are fit for their intended purpose.
All clocks sold on Clocks & Chimes come with a two year warranty; in the majority of cases this is an additional year we’ve added on top of the manufacturers warrant, but demonstrates our believe in the quality of the clocks we sell. This warranty covers the repair of the clock free of charge if it fails due to a manufacturing defect, within the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover routine wear and tear from use over time, nor damage due to negligence, mishandling or attempted repair, or the replacement of batteries. This guarantee does not affect to your statutory rights.
The cost of returning the clock for warranty repairs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Clocks & Chimes strive to ensure our prices are competitive and together with the two year warranty and customer testimonials [see customers review page] along with accredited secure payment services make this is a great place to buy your clock. However, during your purchase search, before buying, if you do find the same clock available from a United Kingdom registered business’s website or shop in UK the for less, give us the details and we’ll match it if possible. Ebay and other auction site are excluded from this offer, along with second hand or refurbished clocks.
Guarantee
Clocks & Chimes want to ensure you have complete peace of mind when shopping online, so in line with your statutory rights we guarantee no quibbling If you are not entirely satisfied with your clock; you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund less shipping charges, which customers are liable for. A full refund is conditional in that clocks must be returned in an unused condition, with no damage and in the original packaging, to enable them to be resold as new. Clocks that are made to order are excluded.
Free Delivery
All clocks are delivered free of charge to any address within mainland United Kingdom (UK). Delivery is by courier service and is normally completed, for stock clocks, within 7-10 working days of purchase. For hand made built to order clocks delivery will depend on production schedules but is normally between 4 and 6 weeks from ordering. Where delivery of any clock will take longer than the norm, we will let you know. And, will endeavour to keep you informed of production or other delays and expected/revised delivery times.
International Delivery
Currently Clocks & Chimes does not deliver/ship outside the British Isles.
